Company History
Designated Broker and Co-owner, Greg Ruehlen, has been practicing real estate in the Fort Hood area since 2006. He began his position as the managing broker of a large, corporate brokerage in 2009. He helped grow that company’s management portfolio from a few hundred to over 1200 managed units before leaving to start his own brokerage in 2020. After a hugely successful first year with their new sales brokerage, Greg and his business partner & associate broker, Eric Armstrong, started a second company to provide commercial and residential property management services. Established on January 1, 2021, Anthem Rentals is the result.

Broker Biographies
Greg is a 20+ year combat veteran of the U.S. Army. In addition to his work at Anthem Rentals, he is also an Adjunct Professor at Central Texas College. There, he has taught Property Management and currently teaches Law of Agency and Real Estate Finance in the business and paralegal department. Greg’s real estate certifications include Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and e-PRO®.
Eric is a 23-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force who serves as Treasurer for the Copperas Cove Rotary Club and Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 5870. He is also the Charter Organization Representative for BSA Troop 222 and Assistant District Chair for BSA Leon Valley Council. Eric’s real estate certifications include Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), & e-PRO®.
Both men have devoted their lives to serving and to mentoring others.
